Anti Sexual Harassment Cell in our college is responsible for providing a framework for addressing all allegations of sexual harassment.

The objectives are:

1. To build self esteem and self confidence in the students of Navajyothi College of Teacher Education, Olarikkara.
2. To celebrate national and international days related to Women’s Day, Mother’s Day etc.
3. To develop a positive image of women in society by recognising their contributions in social, economical and political fields.
4. To make efforts for the gender sensitization programmes.
5. To build in them a sense of self reliance by improving their participation in vocational education.
